Outside my work as an academic, I’m passionate about exploring and diving into practices for cultivating wisdom and comprehensive well-being.

I started Unfoldment after discovering that I also love sharing these practices and facilitating transformative experiences.

We live in an exciting era where more individuals and organisations recognise the need for bringing the cultivation of wisdom back to the forefront of our culture and upgrading our capacity to facilitate human development and flourishing.

My journey has led me to embrace a wide range of practices covering different aspects of human unfoldment, including mindfulness meditation, nondual meditation, classical Tantra, breathwork, yoga nidra, imaginal journeying, dreamwork, Circling, and Dialectic into Dialogos.

Some of the most influential teachers and mentors on my journey have been Shinzen Young, Michael Taft, Rosa Lewis, Rob Burbea, Daniel P. Brown, Dustin DiPerna, Christopher Wallis, Peter Fenner, B. Alan Wallace, Steve March, and John Vervaeke.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, I’ve been in Sydney for over a decade after a period living in Amsterdam.
