Based on the Unified Mindfulness (UM) system

Developed over fifty years of practice and research by the renowned meditation teacher Shinzen Young, Unified Mindfulness (UM) is a simple, yet highly effective meditation system built for the modern world.

UM's comprehensive system covers a wide range of contemplative approaches and "unifies" them in a clear, rigorous, and precise framework. It's also designed to facilitate research on meditation.

UM is a secular and inclusive form of meditation that continues to evolve in conversation with science. It does not rely on or promote any belief system.

About me

I'm a certified Unified Mindfulness Lead Coach and have practised meditation for over a decade in the Insight Meditation, Mahamudra, and Dzogchen traditions.

My main teachers, mentors, and influences have been Shinzen Young, Michael Taft, Rosa Lewis, Daniel P. Brown, Dustin DiPerna, Peter Fenner, Alan Wallace, Rob Burbea, Alan Bassal, and Subhana Barzhagi.

Practical details

  • I ask that you commit to a daily practice of at least ten minutes per day, seven days per week, for the duration of our coaching engagement.

  • If you’re new to the Unified mindfulness system, we will need 4-8 sessions with at least a week between them to cover the basics and design your practice. Once you have an ongoing practice, it’s up to you how often you’d like to meet.

  • I’m available online or in person in Manly, Sydney.

  • $50 for a 25-minute session

    $100 for a 50-minute session

    $380 for four 50-minute sessions

    $720 for eight 50-minute sessions

    If you cannot afford these rates, feel free to contact me about working together for a reduced price.

    Each session must be paid for in advance by direct bank transfer or PayPal.
